Founder
Philip is the Founder of Adalent and for the past 18 years has partnered with organisations around the globe to tackle their technology, digital, data and cyber & information security talent challenges. Having run and grown global COO, CIO and CISO practices for two executive search boutiques, he has established a diverse network and extensive track record. Before establishing Adalent, he worked in JPMorgan Chase’s in-house Technology, Digital, Data and Cyber Security Executive Search team.
He has successfully supported some of the world’s best known and respected organisations across APAC, EMEA and North America with hiring global, regional and functional CIOs, CISOs and COOs, as well as Heads of Architecture, Cloud, Cyber and Technology Risk, Data, Digital, Infrastructure, Innovation, Engineering, Operations and Transformation.
Outside of his work, Philip is a husband and a father of two young girls who may be future technology leaders themselves one day!
Consultant
Michaela is a Consultant at Adalent, who brings with her more than a decade of recruitment experience, and a proven track record of successfully sourcing executive hires for media, technology and consumer businesses.
Most recently, she spent five years in-house with a global AdTech company, responsible for all hires, from mid-level management through to C Suite. Starting as the first recruiter outside North America, she built the EMEA recruitment team from scratch. She led full cycle recruitment across sales and marketing, technical solutions, finance, legal, analytics, product, data science and software engineering – for departments across the world.
Throughout her career, Michaela has been an advocate for diverse recruitment practices, leading Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and helping to found a Black affinity group within her previous company.During non-working hours, Michaela is a mum to one, and enjoys playing tennis and taking holidays to her favourite Island of Barbados.
Principal
Daniel joined Adalent in 2023 as Principal. Throughout his career he has partnered with organisations in various sectors to address their technology leadership challenges.
Prior to Adalent, Daniel worked at a boutique executive search firm that partnered exclusively with founder-led, high-growth technology businesses that were typically Venture Capital or Private Equity backed. Here he advised founders, investors, and operators on CTO, CPO (Product), and CDO (Data) hiring as they scaled their respective businesses.
Previously he spent four and a half years at a global executive firm where he led CTO, CIO, CDO (Data & Digital), and CISO executive search and talent strategy projects for some of the largest Financial Services organisations in the world.
Outside of work, Daniel is a lover of all things food and enjoys testing his (not so strong) culinary skills with the latest Ottolenghi cookbook.
